# Displaying detailed RNA secondary structure at PDBe entry pages

_March 22nd, 2023_

The R2DT viewer at PDBe now displays basepairs including non-canonical basepairs annotated by [FR3D Python](https://github.com/BGSU-RNA/fr3d-python). Read the [PDBe blog post](https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/news/base-pairs-rna-secondary-structure-pdbe) for more details.
